Last year, I went into this Ski N See as a complete newbie to skiing. Their staff was incredibly helpful and kind in helping me pick the best outfits to stay warm and pick the most reasonable ski rentals. No upselling. Just "here's what you might need for X." I easily spent over an hour at the store getting fitted from head to toe. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable, too. As someone who isn't competing or knows what type of skis I need or even the upkeep my own set of skis would require, the season rental program is pefect for me. Ski N See even helped me out mid season when my instructor graduated me to longer skis and swapped my skis out for longer ones. I'll definitely be going back for my season rentals this year. I booked a snowboard a week before I planned to go to Brighton. I came by to pick up my gear on Friday evening for a Saturday morning trip, per their instructions, and they didn’t have a single pair of boots in my size (which was something I provided during the online booking process) or even a set of bindings.

Good thing I showed up early because I had to drive down to a different location to get boots and bindings. If I had come by the morning of my reservation, I would’ve been completely out of luck. The staff were nice enough, but I can’t understand the logic behind renting out more gear than you can provide to the customers who have reserved ahead of time.

I booked my rentals months in advanced and when I showed up my ski's were ready, so that was nice. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the selection of rentals available. I rented a demo pair and when I got there they only had one pair available in my size and they were quite beat up. This was also the case with multiple people in my party. We ended up just exchanging the skis at the location in Park City, as they had a much larger selection. Next time I probably won't rent from this Ski n See location strictly because of the lack of selection. Overall though the staff was friendly...
