I recently brought two watches in, both needed batteries but one of them also needed a piece that had fallen off the band. I explained that THE ONLY REASON I brought them in was because I could not find the piece for the band. "Oh don't worry, been doin this 40 years and I have a million spares. I'm sure I can find it." Well I went and picked them up and the piece wasn't replaced and I was told "oh I'd hafta go through a million bands to find the right one." Ummm ok.... i thought that's what I was paying 70 dollars for? I guess not. So I had to pay 70 bux for 2 batteries and a pin. All things I coulda done myself for like 20. I basically had to pay 70 bux to get my watches back from the guy. He told me exactly what I wanted to hear knowing I would HAVE TO PAY if i wanted my watches back. And on top of all that, they put 2 scratches in what was a pristine crystal on an unworn, brand new watch. Im assuming they did it replacing the battery. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY YOU WANT THEM REPLACING THE BATTERY!!! Cuz youd prob scratch the crystal trying to get the back off at home. Total scam...

Wanted to support a local business so I dropped off a bracelet in October to be repaired. Never received a call or heard any updates. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, and checked in on it twice. The second time was April, and was told that he couldn't find the elastic to do the replacement and I should just throw it away/get a new one.

Found the bracelet chord for 2 dollars at Wal-Mart and fixed it myself in less than half an hour. Just really...
