Working with Todd was a pleasure - he came out to provide me a quote very quickly, and had lots of samples and options that made it very easy to choose a style. He was also very knowledge about all of the different shade options and was able to give details on the specs of each type. Purchased 3 pleated shades for a remodel, they turned out great. The custom order was quick, and Todd was great to work with. He was super helpful and patient while I sorted through the seemingly endless options Graber has. Todd even offered free install, but I declined due to timing, and the process was a really simple DIY.

I'm glad Todd talked me into a light filtering backing, I don't think the shade material on its own would have given decent privacy, given how close together the houses are in my neighborhood.
