Went in on 8-23-19. The lady at the register was attempting to get the manager to come take money out of her drawer so she could continue to check people out. ( there was only one register open as usual and the manager was just watching the line pile up and doing nothing about it which always happens here) the cashier continued to ask the manager to please come take money out, the manager continued to ignore her. The phone rang and the manager walked off to talk still not fixing the drawer, coustomer stayed to line up with the only register available locked. I finally went up to the manager and asked her to fix the drawer she looked at me and said “what I’m on the phone” so I told her I didn’t care please fix the register. She went up to the cashier and said what do you want I’m on the phone can’t you wait? The cashier told her please put your number in so I can get theses people out she huffed put in her info and walked off to talk on the phone some more. Now I understand why there is such a high turnover there. She told the cashier “your working a double again” the cashier told her no I can’t she said oh you are. Horrible...
Read moreI didn't do the math when I shopped I have my austic 3 yr daughter old with me. So I had went over my budget that's on me. I told them I was so sorry and I'd put the unpaid items back I was extremely embarrassed and the manager seems fusterated with me. He told me not to worry about it I told him I could no problem as I had a few other items in a another cart. He said is that also urs and I said yes I can put everyone back in so sorry and so embarrassed and he looked at me and said maybe next time u need to plan better that's a lot of work for me to do (I offered 3 times to put everything back. I understand I messed up and I owned it and wanted to make it right. It upset me that he complained about the work I offered to do and I was embarrassed enough with out his eye rolls additude and comments I don't think I will be returning please remind ur employees to be a lil more understanding compassionate and polite. Read moreI love the store and most employees are great. I went in the other night and walked up to a line that had other customers. They had two lines going, one was long the other had a couple of people. I waited and then it was my turn, mind you I had waited for others to check out. I walk up and the lady says, "ugh I'm so busy I have to finish this stuff I can't help you." Seriously? She had no problem helping the other customers. I have been in the service industry most of my adult life, and customers come first. Side work is taken care of when the customers have all been taking care of. Especially since she helped others. I tried to get her name but she was not wearing a name badge. I wont be going back...
