NOOOOO WAY!!! They never pay attention to customers who need to ask and know more about what they sell and they do it with a bad attitude and annoyance. Until yesterday I went for the last time and I asked the girl who was at the register, for a simple price and she continued ignoring me as if nothing had happened, I was very kind and not even like that, well, I went days ago. and they only have a single cash register working, while there was a line of 7 people, the “manager had to go do that job and put the other cash register to work… The truth is that it was the worst thing that could happen to them.” In fact, it's a total mess, and even more disappointing to see them chatting in groups of 7 at the front door, all laughing and having a good time, while having to do department tours when there are clients who need help. There's no point in going there. And I haven't been the only person who has had this complaint. Many of you are strong and healthy BUT IMMATURE, there are adults and disabled people who need to be cared for, do not last more than 20 minutes in a line. It is clear that you do not need that job, be honest people and resign, because there are other good and hard-working people who need their place. This is a new place and they started in the worst way, very disappointing, and as long as I have the opportunity and possibility to tell the whole world how irresponsible and bad service they are, I WILL, without fear of anything....
Read moreDrove 30 minutes to buy the Dewalt Edger that was on sale and had a promo of free 20v max 2ah battery. Collected an additional $300 of products on my way to the register. When checking out, was informed there weren’t any promo batteries. Cashier, Aracely was confused on the promo but once straightened out, she called the manager Matthew. Matthew proceeded to complain to us that he has complained to corporate about not having batteries on hand for promos. We encouraged him pull the items off the shelf then and he said he can’t because they’ll wonder why they aren’t selling. We asked if we could get a rain check he said he’s not allowed to give them. We also asked if we could get the next size up on batteries and he said we’d have to pay full price. We asked if he could discount our purchase the $99 to offset the missing battery and he said the most he could do was 15% or he’d lose his job. We told him we would walk out without the $500 sale and he said it was what it was. He has zero customer service skills and made no attempt to rectify this situation. This was my first and last time ever going to...

I recently visited Atwoods in Mineral Wells and found the store to be quite nice, with a wide selection of products. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to learn that as an ex-military member, I had to drive all the way to their Lake Worth location to fill out the necessary paperwork for my discount. It would be much more convenient if this process could be handled on-site at the customer service desk in Mineral Wells.
I truly appreciate the discounts offered to veterans by many local stores, and while I have had positive experiences at Atwoods, I found that places like Tractor Supply and Home Base just a few blocks away have a much more streamlined process for military discounts. It would be great if Atwoods could consider a similar approach to better serve their ex-military customers. Overall, a nice store with friendly staff, but the paperwork process could use some...
