Texas Department of Public Safety — Local services in Mineral Wells

Everytime I've gone in was w/out an appointment and was still seen and got what I went for. However there is a state trooper that works in Mineral Wells that does NOT deserve her job. She's supposed to be there to protect and serve, yet she told her cousin who owed me money not to give it to me, and the sad part about it is she knew the money was for me to get groceries with. I was new to town and had nothing to eat in my house and she knew it, but because she doesn't like me, although she's never met me, she did not care that I had no food. What state trooper does that? I promise you if I were her boss, she would have been immediately terminated. However, she still works there. It's sad to know some of those who are there to "serve and protect" are really only there to look like badasses and collect a paycheck. I can say this much though, she is no badass. I had to redo my review because the first one was not posted. Obviously someone his trying to keep this trooper outta hot water. I won't stop until she is reprimanded or let go. She deprived me of food and that's not what our state troopers...

Took my daughter in for driver's test. Waited 30 past appointment time to be seen. Got called back to be told I wasn't scheduled for a driver's test but for something else. I understand. I will take the blame for that even though you cant call or show up asking for assistance bc you need an appointment for that. But instead denys any further assistance other than going mute and pointing at the sheet she slid to us. I don't know when the term customer service changed. Instead of being helpful and attempting to find an open appointment to help the situation, kid was crushed, she just stopped talking. Having the information in 10,000 different links and mounds of paper expecting everyone to just to get it right is crazy. That isn't customer service. You chose to work with the public so act...

I had an appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early, the lady asked me if I have an appointment I said yes she gave me a paper to fill out and ask me to sit that she would check me in, we'll I waited for an hour I noticed people were being called by numbers n I wasn't being called. I asked another person if I was checked in because I was never called and my appointment was at 9 :40 when The lady checked my appointment I was never checked in she asked the other lady to call me before all the other appointments that got there afterwards, that Same lady who did not check me in told her I was late WHICH is not True, and still denied to help me. I understand if it was a mistake but she didn't have to LIE to cover herself ...
