I would tell any women wanting a pixie, trendy cut or just women in general, to avoid this place at all cost! They did me dirty a few years ago by turning my cute ear length pixie into one inch pieces sticking up on top of my head. I figured the cut I was asking for was probably out of her expertise (older lady). I just decided to learn my lesson and move on. Well fast forward to now, my daughter wanted a pixie and because how late she gets out of school and this place staying open longer than others I decided to try again. I figured it'd been a couple years since my incident and the cut she was wanting was extremely simple and she had actually got that same cut there before. But man was I wrong. It doesn't look like it should. It looks more like a chili bowl but not in a cute girly way. Theres places that arent blended, her bangs are crooked and her neck was all scratched up and raw upon leaving and I still found a bunch of missed hair on her neck but she won't let me fix it because she says her neck still hurts too much from the lady. Would not recommend at all.
Edit to add: They (pro-cuts) replied to this comment telling me to reach out to them so they could "make it right". I reached out via the email they gave in their comment and never heard back from them. Obviously, they just wanted to look like they cared to the public when they actually don't...

Walked in and both ladies were busy, so I sat down and waited. Other guys walked in after, but before the list was updated. I suspected something was up when these other guys were instantly in conversation; as if they all knew each other. When the older lady (short black hair, bunch of tats) started to update the list (not on computer, but a notepad). She immediately started adding all these guy before me on the list. I told her I was before some of them and she "corrected" the list. But, when it came to calling the "next" customer, she proceeded to call these good ole' boys, anyway!
I got up pretty mad and told them I didn't appreciate being skipped in line. One of these older good ole' boys stood up and threatened to assault me (which for his age was a threat he couldn't back up if he needed). I told him and the lady working there I didn't appreciate being jumped in line and proceeded to leave.
If you are one of the good ole' boys, this place is for you! You won't have to wait a line. Enjoy. If not, only go if you are willing to be continually put to the back of the line. Maybe this location has all the customers it needs, if that is the case they'll enjoy knowing I won't be...
Read moreLast time I tried this place, a 'large' long black haired, medium aged woman called me to her hair cut station and set me down...Within a few minutes she had the comb and scissor's flying like she had a forced time limit to be completed and thru with me...In that short time she repeatedly hit the top of my ears with her comb....In a polite quiet tone I told her that my ears had skin cancer surgery from the effects of many years in the sun and were very sensitive, and would she please slow down and be careful around my ears with her comb....She then told me in a tone loud enough for the whole salon to hear that if I wanted my hair cut that she had to use her comb....I said ok just keep it in my hair and not on top of my ears....needless to say, not much talk there after, with plenty of 'attitude' just dripping from her.....Pro Cuts need to realise and train their employees that mens ears get very sensitive as opposed to women that usually have plenty of hair covering their's.....either way, Rudeness in an employee should never be condoned, no matter how hard it is to find people to work.....just...
