The event on Saturday was horrible. My 3 kids and I waited outside for 2 hours in the cold. They wanted to go in to see Santa and play games and get the $40 gift cards so they could buy each other presents. After waiting outside for two hours being screamed at by the organizers and dealing with other kids fighting and budging in line they got inside. But inside they got pushed all the way back to the end of another line which looked like all three lines combined! People were packed in like sardines and no one could move an inch. My twins are autistic and were too upset to continue. We got to an exit and left. People were shoving each other in line with very young children. I emailed the organizers and never got a response.
