we ordered at 4:10 pm and they told us 20 minutes. We got there 25 minutes later. Sign on door states order your food then wait outside. My husband was allowed to wait inside along with several others I did take pictures.. Food still not ready. I did go inside after waiting 30 minutes in car. Noted female Cook in the back not wearing a mask. I did call this to attention. I realize businesses are struggling to stay open. Most request payment when ordering to avoid cooking food and then someone not showing up. We offered payment this way. We were told to pay when we got there. They clearly did not start to cook food until we arrived. Food was still not ready. At approx 5:10 pm food finally ready. 50$ worth of food I refused to eat given the noncompliance with mask of cook. Was there 7-17-25 had my daughters go in and purchase me a chicken and perch dinner the chicken was great the price was great but the perch fish was tasting really good until I let it cool off a little bit and it was tasting spoiled I can taste that the fish was going back before fried it called them and he wouldn't replace it or give my money back or exchange it the dinner was $19.67 all he had to do was replace my fish with something else maybe some more wings for some chicken tenders or something they were acting like they were unaware but the fact that I'm wanting them and they wouldn't replace it pissed me off every lucky I'm not like most people be trying to Sue and get lawyers I just won't ever shop...

The one on Broadway is highway robbery I called in and got there my order wasn't ready I ordered meals and one meal was 12.00 but look at the box it's a small meal with a handful of fries like usually I order that same meal all the time from North east East and it's bigger than that and cheaper for 12.00 they could have kept that if u gonna give a person a small like I'm a child . Never again will I spend 40.00 for 2 of my meals to be small like kids meal and the only one that actually look like a meal is my cousin meal I'll stick to the one...
