North community has the richest sense of community and diversity in the twin cities. Absolutely love this neighborhoods and it’s community members.
The youth sports programs however, needs to be assessed, upgraded and re-delivered with the level of quality and excellence our already at risk young community of children deserve. The quality of delivery and the expectations on both young people and adults/coaches is below measure and tough to watch. We have work to do there. Mike can’t do everything and many parents are questioning the competencies and qualifications of the park director(s). It’s time for change and an elevated delivery across the board. Particularly with what we ask of our parents. Read moreI love it there people if u have kids in u stay in this area I advise u to let them come there they have a computer lab, Gym, Pool table, kids pool table, Vending machines, And a party room rentable. In the winter they have this thing where they freeze the mini football field for ice skating and they provide skates. There is this lady who comes every now and then and gives kids money for completing tasks like naming the states alphabetically for 5 bucks and bring a good report card for 20 bucks and much more there is a lot of activities including sports teams for the center there is so much that I can't even type it all that's all I have to say u cAn find out more by calling them...

The lunch/meal programs for kids is nice who may not have a place to eat elsewhere.
