Here’s what you need to know... if you go on Sunday morning, arrive early to get a spot. They close the doors if the room fills up. Small parking lot and street parking available. You’ll need to remove your shoes as you enter. The meditation room is on the main level. The lower level does not have handicap accessibility. The center takes donations of cash and has a kiosk for credit cards as well. The meditation room was arranged with cushions for floor sitting and chairs along the sides of the room. There is water and tea available and time to fellowship afterwards. There is a children’s program as well so kids are welcome. The bulletin boards and newsletter list many other cool programs including yoga and retreats available. I enjoyed the 10:30 session which included guided mindfulness meditation and reflection from the leader. It was a wonderful way to connect with myself and the present moment. Very welcoming and peaceful.

This is a wonderful meditation community open to all with both in-person and Zoom meditation practice, practice groups, dharma offered by amazing teachers and retreats. Highly recommend.

A great option for all. As a community, we need more places like this. But if this were the only option, then what a great one it is to have.

So much is offered by so many, for so little. If you like any one of the number of types of meditation, yoga, support groups, community work, community gathering, community retreats, sharing tea with fellow traveleres, finding new ways to grow, or connecting with yourself, others, and universe around you, then Common Ground will certainly have something special for you. CG is also a fantastic transition for any that have meditated at a vipassana center before.

While we improve ourselves, lets continue to improve this place, by increasing parking and decreasing theft.

Tips: Try different classes with different teachers Try stepping out of what is familiar to you Try to remember, CG is scent free Try to be compassionate

Whether you are brand new to all of this, or have decades of experience, you will still find a place for yourself here and fit right in.

CG is donation based, meaning: free, so long as we can continue to meet their support needs.

Check out their website. It is a great source of...

Unfortunately I am one of the many that had seen the ugly end to a marriage that I thought would never end. I had no clue what to do and how to go about in doing it. I was referred to Common GroundsDivorce Mediation. Dave Musselman helped us go through the process of divorce, he is comfortable to work with and very professional. I felt that he had our best interests at heart and took good care of us. We were able to come to an agreement that worked in the best benefit of our two children and us. Over the years I have kept in contact with Dave and he continues to give me sound advice when I have needed it. I have and will continue to refer friends in need of his services to him, everyone that I have sent his way have said that they are happy with the services they have received and I feel that they are in good...
