I found the listing on strands for trans and its a cool attempt at being incuslive but their website shows haircuts start at $40-45 but when I called the prices were all $49. I expected those prices for my longhair partner but I've been shaving my hair since covid and just needed to clean it up and even that was $49, but if they only cleaned the sides it would cost $20.
When I cancelled the appointments their app sent me texts that it was still booked and in order to text back to their automated messages it would have charged me per text. I feel bad if they still expect someone to come into that appointment but I'm not spending money not to get a haircut I already can't afford.
Edit to add: I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt with a 2/5 star review but after a reply from the owner its really uncool to intentionally mislead customers about their prices and only list the lowest price of one stylist on the website when they all have their own price...
