Five Below — Local services in Minneapolis

So I just happened to be in the area, so I stopped in this store to find a calendar/planner! 1 of the staff had already told me where they were, I just wanted to be sure, which is when I asked a staff that said to me that, she’s the manager, and had never seen any calendar/planner, so I went back to the original person which whom I asked, Very polite and eager to help, she took me right to the calendar and planner’s. Of course I was offended that the “manager” was totally reluctant. Most likely, my family friends or anyone who I know, I refuse to deal with reluctance anywhere that I am spending my hard earned cash. Additionally as I was checking out, there was an elderly lady , that I’d mentioned what had happened, and what do you know, she goes to get the very person that I was talking about. Like…….. I was so baffled 😮 by the whole situation……….. I just moved back to Minnesota from Mankato, I have never had any issues with customer service, or there lack of. I’m only sharing because I was truly offended. My observation was that the staff, made it sound as if she was Queen Elizabeth!! Almost perfect, and it must’ve been me………….. I’m sick of this store and I’m sick of this company. Every single time I go to this location or the Roseville location it’s actually my worst nightmare to go there. And I’m so sick of wasting my time driving to these locations just for all of the items I went there for that says it’s available on the website; but then when I get there it’s never there. Stop wasting my time and update your website correctly of inventory. It tells me on the website when it’s out of stock at other stores so I think this store needs to learn how to do the same. She claims she has and it’s the company’s fault (the manager says this) well if that’s the case then I have a problem with this company too plus what’s with you guys raising the prices for cheaply made crap anyways? I only come here now for phone chargers and phone screen protectors because anything else from here is just overpriced for trash quality but I’m sick and tired of this I’m either only going to order online or just avoid five below the company all together you guys can join target with the two companies I will never support again so...

I went with about an hour until close. It seems everything is in a different place than it was last time I was in this particular location. It makes it hard to find things. They no longer offer faerie lights, which is what I was looking for. However, they still carry a specific perfume, that I absolutely love and was able to pick up a bottle of. Upon checkout, the clerk was so kind and helpful and genuine, I can't not mention it. He was so courteous. Kudos young man! If you've never been to Five Below, do yourself a favor and check it out. It's not an outdoor store, like I thought it was based on the name! There is something for everyone in there. If you have kids, tweens, teens, or even grown kids, heck even for yourself-go and see what the fuss is all about. You'll thank yourself...
