We often go to this location when visiting my sister's grave in at the cemetery across the street. Taco Bell was her favorite. Before ordering I went to use the restroom. In the men's room was a teenage boy standing there, who I thought was waiting to use the only stall. I quickly realized he was having a conversation with the man in the stall. I heard what sounded like zippers being opened and closed as well as rustling thru bags that were dropped on the changing table and thought it was strange I didn't hear a child. After 10-12 minutes of talking and rustling and zippers and thinking I should just come back but I really had to use the restroom, the boy left and the man came out. They were employees at this location. The man had been changing his clothes before his shift. At no point did the boy mention I was there. The man had even popped his head out of the stall once to demonstrate something and I know he saw me because when he finally left he said "oh you was waiting for this...". After I finally got to use the restroom I went straight to the counter and asked to speak to a manager. I told her that I had to wait for her employee to change clothes in the restroom and there was notreason for that to be acceptable. It's incredibly unsanitary and extremely rude to customers. Her response was unbelievably rude. Instead of de-escalating the situation she made it worse. She said she wasn't responsible for anyone when they're not clocked in because that is their own time, even though they are on company property. She kept asking what I wanted her to do and what the point of this conversation was. Since I was not being taken seriously and insulted I left. We will never return to this location. Read moreSlowest Taco Bell out there. Had a mobile order, sat in line for 30 minutes before reaching the drive-thru window. Then they told me my total would be $13 and change, to which I replied that I'd already paid on the app for my mobile order. They closed the window and came back a couple minutes later asking what my order was... it was just a damn box combo with a large drink and a soft shell taco instead of a crunchy one. Then I wait another couple minutes and they come back to the window asking if I can pull around and come inside. What?? Why can't you just give me my order in the drive thru? "It was processed as a dine-in so we have to have you come in." A) That's on you guys, not me. I'm not the one who hits the button on the register. B) If you're going to bag it up as a to-go order anyway why can't you just hand it to me through the window?? Terrible service. I get that it's basically a prerequisite to be stoned while working at Taco Bell, but not all stoners are stupid. These ones are, though.
AND THEN I made the mistake of going back there a week later. 8:15 PM so not like there's a huge rush of people. Too late for the dinner crowd, too early for the late-night crowd, but right after I get off work. Waited for nearly an hour in the drive-thru before getting my order, which they messed up yet again. And of course the food was cold by the time I got to the window, and my drink was nice and watered down from all the ice melting. Why even pour the drinks right away when you take 45 minutes or longer to serve people?
If you want fast food, don't come here. You'd have better luck driving to R Taco on Hennepin and 8th and waiting for some actually good tacos. It'd probably take less time to get...
Read moreEdit 5 Jan 14 2023, yall have a lot of homeless that come in and just take food. Saw a lady ask for change INSIDE, and then walk up to the door dash orders and just take one.
That said, food quality has improved, and staff are friendly and bubbly.

Edit 3 Feb 15th 2022, a few years later, this location seems to have come around. We are once again living in the area and I stop by when I head to open at work, grab a breakfast wrap, so far, no issues.
Edit 2 June 13th 2020, today we used a coupon we were sent for them constantly messing up our order, it was for 4 free items with the only exclusion being no 12 packs. Upon ordering, we were rudely told that the 3 taco combo wasnt included, despite the only exclusion being NO 12 PACK.
On top of that, the order was SURPRISINGLY, wrong. Seriously, this place needs new staff, for everyone and start again with people that know how to read and speak english.
Edit: Orders always wrong, I have 2 coupons for free food from them, but dont see the point in using them since they'll be wrong anyway. Portions are trash (2 pieces of shredded chicken, wow, thanks).
Go to Cub, buy the ingredients, make it yourself with plenty leftover.
