I had my skates sharpened here. Upon receiving them back the sharpening left grind wheel patterning on both blades indicative of an improper last pass without sharpening wax applied. I asked the store manager if they would do them again and he looked at the blades, said nothing was wrong, looked at me as if I was crazy (I've been playing hockey for 20 years) and then proceeded to have them resharpened without any difference. I left unsatisfied and went to general sports in Edina where they were done right and have been Everytime I take them there. First year MYHA hockey family with Mite-level player. Walked in needing a full kit, walked out with everything we needed AND peace of mind. The service was beyond my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised to learn about their hockey skate leasing program (guaranteed fit for the season for a boy with growing feet).
