Office Depot — Local services in Minnetonka

Went to pick up an online order of a printer at this store today and was very impressed by the service we received. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and an employee asked us how he could help us. We were looking for specific ink cartridges for our printer and a larger sized copy paper. He was quick to help us find both of these. At the checkout, he placed our printer on a cart and added our other purchases, then took them all to our car and loaded them in for us. Something that really impressed me was that while he was loading our purchases, his phone was ringing, but instead of answering it, he continued to help us. This is an example of excellent customer service, and if I need any more items from Office Depot, I will drive the longer distance out to this store rather than look for one close to home, because they have the best customer service I have come across in...

When I called to inquire about an online order (my fault), they not only kindly helped to identify it right away, but corrected it with a 24 hour turnaround time at a reasonable price. Three recent proofs that they have a great team here: Paper was hard to find recently. This store usually has good selection and good price. When it was hardest to get, they told me how to order it on line. It also has staff that knows their products. They can help you find what you need. For me it took helping me find that replacement part with a Google search straight to a vendor, by telling me how to find the correct URL. Other places might just say they don't sell the broken part or maybe not help at all. I saw another team member walk with another person right to his product when he could not find it on his own. A few extra steps over the course of a day is a lot of extra work, but it is a job done well. This team is really busy because they are good to work with. Bravo Minnetonka...
