My son and I were in the store about an hour before close with no other shoppers. Two store attendants were chatting and folding shirts while my son tried clothes on. It was his first time in the store and he tried on several items including the 3 pack of store brand shirts in black. When the attendant finally noticed us she said the shirts were considered underwear and even thought they did not fit we were required to buy them. She insisted and repeated herself a few times even though the bag was not damaged (flap was just open) and the shirt simply needed to be refolded like the pile she was working on. But we were met and soon as we walked in by a man who asked if we could use his help finding anything but then decided to tell my boyfriend that this clothing wasn't for him. This man did not bother to take any measurements or offer any sort of advice or anything really other than to tell us we weren't really welcome in the store. Read moreI ordered 3 pairs of Jeans online following their size chart and measuring myself beforehand. 2 of the pairs were one size apart just in case. All 3 pairs were significantly too large. I returned all three pairs to the DXL store with my online receipt and proof of the charges on my credit card. The person at the register, who claimed to be some kind of manager, scanned the pants which brought up a refund less than what my credit card was charged. Apparently this “manager” either didn’t know how to do a proper return, use the register or think outside the box. Possibly all three. He said if I wanted my full refund to call corporate and there was nothing he could do. Super unimpressed and won’t be doing business...
