AVOID THIS BUSINESS
I have been a loyal customer of this location for years. I purchased a vape device from this location and it suddenly stopped working. I called the location and was told that I needed to go through the manufacturer to get service. I tried that but the very first page on their website shows a QR code that it tells you to show to the clerk at the retail store where you purchased the device, if they should tell you they cannot help you with the after sales service, so they can review the service terms.
The clerk told me over the phone to go to the website that told me "tough luck, go back to the store." Upon learning this I called back to the store and explained what was going on. The girl that helped me was very pleasant. She said she didn't know what to tell me but didn't want me to feel like I was getting jerked around so she would call her manager and that she would call me back before the end of her shift.
She did call me back after a few minutes and she told me to bring the device with me and to come to the store and they would swap it out for a working device. I drove all the way to the store. Gave my device to the male clerk who disappeared into the back. He tried to fix it or whatever he did for well over 10 minutes while I waited, just for him to come out and tell me tough luck, there's nothing we can do. My manager changed his mind and we aren't going to honor our work and swap it out with a new device.

Came in yesterday and was treated extremely rude by some short little dark-haired guy. He wouldn’t sell me the product unless I paid with it with my own card which is fine. Read moreI would like to start by asking how many of you have read stories about your private data being collected without your knowledge and sold to other businesses for profit? All these places that want to scan your ID are oblivious to the obvious security risks of having your ID's scanned by a computer connected to the internet to verify your age. If the grey hairs in my beard aren't enough or you cannot do simple math by the date on my ID, you literally have no business operating a store. Until the owner of a store or establishment can sign something for me accepting full liability in the event any of my data is saved, stored, or transferred to another entity, I will not allow it.
