DO NOT RENT A402 !!!!!!!!!! It is clear this unit is only a money operation for the owner. I have never wrote a negative review until this day. Unit 402 has a master bedroom mattress so bad I have seen better at the city dump. It is very clear they purchased the cheapest mattress they could find and have ignored replacing it for some time. The mattress springs are completely broken. Its shape like two canoes side by side with your feet above your head. Any movement makes the broken springs squeak like you’re rolling over baby chickens. I truly wish I was exaggerating the condition of the mattress. You can visibly see where the mattress springs are gone. The first day we contacted the property management they told us they would send someone by and would contact us later in the day. Never heard from them till contacted them on day two. Day two they told us they have made our complaint a priority. They would contact us, never heard from them until we contacted them day three. Day three they told us they are reaching out to the owner. Never heard back again. Each day they apologize and then blow us off. Forget about snuggling your spouse in this bed, the ridge line in the middle of the mattress acts like an uncomfortable pillow between you. You have to let the broken springs roll you out of bed in the morning and flop on the floor. While there I suggest a few yoga poses before trying to stand up or you will need chiropractor treatment. I’ve slept on uncomfortable mattresses before but this is completely broken springs, you take your physical health at risk in this unit and will not have any sleep during your stay. We are currently sleeping on two twin beds in the middle of the living room to try and get any sleep. It’s not comfortable, but at least we are not waking up in traction needing immediate medical support. Other than this the facility is about a 3.8 with great views. To the owner who posted on my last post your words are hollow. You have done nothing, you have ruined our 5 day vacation. It’s clear, you have several rentals that quality is a concern. I'm writing here address the unacceptable state of the condo and your team’s failure to respond to the complaint we sent the evening we arrived.
This was our family’s first vacation in over five years, and what we walked into was shocking. The unit was absolutely not in guest-ready condition, and certainly did not reflect the standards portrayed on your website.
Here are just a few of the issues we encountered:
Black mold or mildew in bathroom corners, baseboards, and near the tub
Filthy and damaged jetted tub with broken or missing nozzles
Walls throughout the unit were covered in scuff marks, patches, and unpainted repairs
Flooring transitions were completely torn up and exposed
Poor overall cleanliness, including hair and dirt buildup in corners and on the baseboards
No confidence in bedding cleanliness, which led us to sleep on blankets we brought from home
I’ve attached numerous photos to this email clearly documenting these conditions. Given the rate of over over $1400 , this experience was not only disappointing—it was exploitative.

I made a reservation and asked 3 times the same question by message and never received an answer. I had to call in order to get one. The day of my arrival, my dog passed away so I tried getting a refund or changing the dates. Because I had not had any luck contacting them by message, I actually called to ask about refund (at least partial) and/or change of dates. Both times I got someone rude and unprofessional on the line to give me a straight no. I understand there are policies but come on people let’s be a little human about things like losing a pet and at least respond in a nicely manner. Later in the day the same rude woman called to ask if I had received the code to check in and I hadn’t so very annoyed she sad “I’ll send it again”.
