I believe that this is the Mattress Depot AKA Skippers furniture. Everything was great from start to finish. No short cuts, you have to lie on the mattress and you have to properly communicate what you like and what you don't like. I found Wanda to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a GREAT price and the total included an adjustable bed with more bells and whistles than I needed. Delivery guys were great, and I had a question and called and talked to the owner, Stan Jr, who was kind and helpful. My every business transaction should be this easy. I highly recommend this companyUPDATE: Stan never called me back what the information I needed so that my mattress wouldn’t keep sliding down when I raise the bed. I had to call back and I talked to him and I told him I’m disappointed I was that he hadn’t gotten back to me, when his father was right there and had the information, and he still left me hanging. Purchased two queen and one king mattress to replace those ruined by hurricane Michael. The buying experience was fine but the delivery was a big problem. The delivery guys ripped the carry handle off one side of one the queen mattresses and the walls took a beating from them as well. They knocked two big chunks of plaster off the corners of one wall and banged up a second one. I called the store and was told they would schedule delivery of a new mattress to replace the ones the guys ripped and that the company owner would be contacted about the damage to our walls. So far no new mattress and nothing has been done about the damaged walls. I know accident happens but the delivery guys turned the ripped side of the mattress against the wall so we wouldn’t see it. This place is the most unprofessional establishment in the area. They don't have a computer system and their "phone monitor" or whatever she is, has the temper of a two year old. We asked for a proof of sale, she said it is in a storage unit. And they would not waste their time trying to find it. When we asked for her bosses info she said no he's too busy. Then started screaming like a child. I recommend to steer clear of this mess of a business. This doesn't even include the terrible mattress...
