Moo La La Ice Cream & Fudge — Restaurant in Florida

My family was drawn to this ice cream shop because there was a huge line, so we figured it must be great. The ice cream is delicious, this is not a dig to the quality of the product. However, when we got up to the counter to place an order, we were met by Beavis and Butthead. As I tried to speak to the zombie taking my order, he kept walking away from me. So then I tried to order from the next available person and they mumbled something underneath their breath, so I took that as zombie language for "I can't take your order". I then said, "whoever is taking my order can I place it?" So Beavis came back over and just stared into my soul with his dead eyes and stayed silent. I ordered a small cup of ice cream and then asked for two extra spoons to share with my family. He looked like I asked him to eat human food being a zombie? He pivot turned and got the spoons and shoved them into the cup without saying anything again....I said "thank you so much!", but I guess he still couldn't speak at this point cause I got nothing back. P.S. don't ask what the playdough flavor is because you will be told it is vanilla, like you should have already known that "idiot". I loved the ice cream, but not enough to go back and deal with zombie...

Whole picture . . . I know your in business not social work. But we are on vacation work hard all year to take a one week vacation. Paid $4 for one scoop of ice cream. Don’t mind at all. Once a year. The young woman that took care of me could NOT have cared less to as to what I wanted, even after I told her that what she gave me was not what I wanted and told her what I wanted but told her I was going to accept it. I paused and looked at her to see if she would offer to give the customer what we asked for . She still didn’t offer to correct the whole situation. From the short conversation we had in the which she never smiled and she made eye contact with me maybe once or twice. She made it clear that my business was not of any relevance to her or your business. I am in costumer service and would never accept that from one of our team members. This place had so much potential! They had tons of flavors to choose from and they had live music outside. Seriously, the band was awesome. Unfortunately, despite telling the workers that it was our first time we kept getting rushed with them asking “Is that all?”. I think one girl specifically asked our party of 7 at least ten times that specific question. We couldn’t even see what all they offered. I got a large (3 scoops) in a cup that was much too small and half of it melted out of the cup onto the table and ground within minutes of stepping outside. Felt like such a waste. I recognize that many establishments are hurting for adequate staffing but the teenage girls at the counter were terrible. Hopefully management reads this review and acts accordingly.
