Chris is the most knowledgeable technician that I have seen in a very long time. I found myself in a disaster when all my A/V equipment failed.

The original installer refused to service my equipment, never got a warranty on all the equipment, and found that he had even failed to give me, pieces of what I had paid in full for equipment missing, such as charger for remotes, reselling old out of date equipment! I finally found a WONDERFUL GENTLEMAN, CHRIS! CHRIS IS TRULY SUPERMAN! HE RESOLVED ALL MY ISSUES WITH ALL THE EQUIPMENT! HEAVEN SENT! I own a vacation rental house in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and recently (December 2020) needed help mounting a new TV. Fortunately, I contacted Chris at CTech for this job. Chris did an amazing job. Chris showed up on time and did the job in a very clean and professional manner. But what really stood out is the time that Chris took after mounting the TV to help me figure out why I was not able to get a wireless connection to the TV. While I had to wait for hours to get someone at LG or Best Buy to help me out, whenever I called or texted Chris, he immediately responded and help me diagnose that the problem was actually due to Mediacom (which seemed odd since we recently got a brand new modem and have a good signal). We were very impressed with CTech LLC, who came out on a Sunday to hang our new 65" TV in our family room and potentially hang our old 50" TV in our screened in area outside. Chris (the owner) arrived with Amanda and promptly began to evaluate our needs. Chris advised us to NOT hang our old TV on the brick wall in our screened in area due to the questionable stability of the brick; but provided us with an excellent alternative to hang from the ceiling. Once the new 65" TV was hung, Chris advised us that he would have to order the necessary parts to hang the outside TV and provided us with an estimate of the cost. The parts arrived on Tuesday and Chris and Amanda were back to finish the job on Wednesday.
