Sandlot Sports Bar — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Overall, this spot is definitely a must-try! The atmosphere is fantastic, the music is on point, and they have some of the best TVs around, huge bonus points for showing the Bucs on the big screen today!

The food was also a highlight: the flatbread was delicious and the wings are honestly some of the best in town.

That said, our experience at the bar fell a little flat. The bartender we had just didn’t seem very welcoming, which made us feel more like a bother than guests. We actually decided to leave and check out another place because of it. Great food and great vibe deserve great service, so hopefully that part improves. A little friendliness or at least faking it😂 goes a long way in making people want to stay.

One small tip: it would be awesome if they added Fireball to the bar lineup.

So, I really didn’t want to write this review because I want this place to be successful, but after seeing the stupid comments by the manager/owner, I have to speak on my experience last night. Shame on you! Who cares if it’s a “duplicate review!?” If they had 10 people in their party, all 10 are allowed to talk about how bad y’all failed at your jobs last night. I was there as well. It was absolutely terrible. The only highlight was the bartender Deanna trying to keep the ship from sinking. Food took HOURS to come out, and most never made it out. I watched people leave while management just made excuses. “Still training your staff?!” Don’t open then!! People should be trained before you throw them to the wolves. Great new huge sports bar with many separate bar areas inside & out. Went on a Friday night for live music on the outside patio that has tons of TVs a very large sit around bar and about 30 tables spread. Around they have corn hole out there and Golden Tee game inside. Food was very good with burgers, flatbread, fish … I had the wings with sweet chili lime dressing which were big and perfectly done then had the 2 taco plate of RED FISH which was plenty of food and tasted very fresh.
