ALDI — Local services in Miramar

My recent trip to Aldi was nothing short of a nightmare. I was treated with absolute disrespect and hostility by the store manager—someone who is supposed to help, not humiliate. When I attempted to scan a pack of chicken, the machine wouldn’t recognize it. I asked for assistance, but instead of helping, she started yelling at me, making a scene for everyone to witness.

Then, when I went to scan my tomatoes and kindly requested her help again, she threw them on the floor in front of everyone. I was stunned, humiliated, and felt completely degraded. Her behavior wasn’t just rude—it was outright abusive. Everyone in line was shocked by her attitude and felt uncomfortable.

This is not what anyone expects when they go grocery shopping. Aldi, I deserve a genuine apology for this horrifying experience. I love Aldi- great prices and selection. This store is nice because it is new but I see it going down hill quickly. It appears to be poorly managed. It is primarily self checkout and the registers are dirty and sticky everytime I go.There is rarely anyone for customer service in sight monitoring the registers or assisting the customers. Not sure the lack of staff is due to lack of available staff or cost savings on managements part. I hope the store gets its act together before it really...

The staff at this Aldi location are extremely lazy, and their attitude is clearly worse than that of other Aldi stores. The pick-up employees completely ignore you — even if you’ve scheduled a pickup through the app and waited a long time, they still won’t come out. Every single time — and I mean every time — I have to get out of my car and go inside to ask a staff member to bring out my pickup order. I truly hope Aldi’s upper management sees this review and...
