I wanted to take sometime to provide some feedback on my visit to the Miramar store. I have been excited about the OnePlus 7 Pro for quite sometime now and wanted to get my hands on it on 12/06 for the release. I went to my closest store in Hialeah and was told no store had the phone and that I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it unless I ordered it. Then I called several stores and they were all out. Luckily, I called into the Miramar and spoke to the manager (Rony) He was courteous over the phone and advised that he had one left and ask for my name in order to hold the phone while I drove from the other store.
I arrived about 10 minutes later and was created by Gio, who again was very courteous and explain everything in detail. My new phone was ready when I arrived and, even though it was almost closing time, Gio and Rony hung out with me to make sure I was satisfied and my phone was transfered properly. As we waited, they were very detailed in explain all promotions available and making great conversation while we waited for the transfer to finish.
I have been a loyal customer for several years now but I haven't yet found a store that makes me feel as invited as I have with this one. I will continue to go visit the Miramar store regardless of distance because I feel great with the way I am treated and the quality of the service provided.
I wanted to take the time to highlight Gio and Rony on their patience, friendliness and service. I am happy to say I have the right company and now I have the right place to visit.
I will be back soon to get my Galaxy tab next month because of all the amazing features explained by them and I will make sure to get it with the keyboard and pen. They also told me as a customer, I can visit be magenta to find T-Mobile gear which always looks awesome...
Read moreAfter 25 years with sprint, we finally made the move. Unfortunately, sprint was less than helpful with the unlocking of three, paid for, galaxy phones that we have. After contacting t mobile customer care, we visited this location for in person assistance. Wow what a phenomenal experience. We were greeted by Eduardo Perez who was one of the most patient and steadfast customer care professionals that I have experienced. After a lengthy exchange on the phone with Sprint (well beyond his 2pm shift ending time), Eduardo enlisted the assistance of his manager Edward Suarez. Mr. Suarez's title should be the "Samsung Galaxy Whisperer " as he immediately figured out that Sprint failed to properly unlock the phones as they stated. He then researched the proper procedure, worked with Mr. Perez and executed the process flawlessly. Following the proper set up, we were handed off to Hector who continued to personify top tier customer care. Once we returned home, I followed up with Mr. Suarez concerning an additional phone that I added to my t mobile account and he helped me l, telephonically, yet again.
T mobile's care at this location is exemplary. What is most awe inspiring is that each employee was just as helpful as his or her counterpart. This is indicative if a solid culture of recruiting and training the right people. Kudos to management at this location and kudos to Eduardo,...
Read moreFirst time T-mobile experience and could not have asked for more. From the moment I entered the store I was greeted as if I was family. Jensen the manager quickly acknowledges every one who enters the store and puts them in the queue. I was lucky to be assigned to rep Laura who immediately inspired me trust and knowledge. I was not wrong. This young lady is super nice with customers and more importantly, she is very diligent at managing any concerns or special circumstances. In my case I had a combination of things that needed to be done since I was switching carriers. Laura tackled everything efficiently and went the extra mile to make it the smoothest mobile carrier transaction ever. It was truly a joy. Jensen the manager was also always attentive to any rep needing help with an authorization, etc. This team is a well oiled machine. I went to gauge carrier options, prices, etc, and got out as a new and very happy t-mobile customer....because of the great people I encountered. Thank you...
