La Parrilla Seafood Boil — Restaurant in Miramar

Their food is okay (no better than any other Latin restaurant in the area) but the one star is due to their horrible delivery service. The female order taker always messes up the address, even though we repeat it several times.

And the delivery times are always an hour long during lunch times, which is NOT acceptable: if you don't have the staff to handle the volume, simply don't offer delivery. Period. End of problem.

Our office (which has over 300 employees) will no longer be ordering delivery from them. There's tons of other options around here.

PS: and their customer service skills (at least from the female order taker) are absolutely horrible. Never made any attempt to apologize for a delivery taking 1:43mins (when I was quoted 60mins) and for them not including any utensils. She actually tried to argue with me......

I'm really impressed with this place, so I was told about this restaurant by my coworker, she kept bragging about how good the food was! !!! and I consider myself a very picky eater or so I've heard!!!!, so I walked in and was drown back by the menu with really good pictures, the place was empty at about 1:45 pm so this was a concern??? needless to say I put my order in for a Lomo Saltado my favorite Peruvian dish, so not knowing what to expect they gave me a ticket and asked me to wait 5 to 10 minutes, by the time the meal came out the place was packed with hungry people, everything that came out over that counter was looking amazing one dish after the other and my Lomo Salado was...

Horrible service. Every time I have order for delivery they never get my order right. I ask for no onions they still put onions then tell me next time say onions on the salad and the chicken. No if it's specific you ask me. If I don't want it on my chicken I don't want onions on my salad either. STUPID!!!! I ordered a side of plantains and they gave me 2 plantains are you kidding me. They have half cooked rice. Who wants to crunch on rice. Take all this back and give me my money. There will never be a next time. If I was able to Give 0 stars that is what you would...
