The store owner explicitly told me their product, a cartridge for a vape he sold me just weeks ago would work with it. The guy who was working literally called him to make sure. It looked like it would so I believed them. As soon as I leave and attempt to use it, it doesn't work. I already put the liquid in it bc I was intendeding on using it right away. I walked back in 5 min later and they REFUSED to refund or REPLACE the item to correct it. I was told that bc I had "used" them the cost was one me. They were willing to refund me the cost of the one still in package. I trusted that since the salesman and the owner said it would work it would. Why should I lose money bc of their mistake. Get to know your products. The salesman literally had to call him 6 times and text him 10 bc he was clearly not trained to run the shop alone.
