BUYERS BEWARE **
HONEST REVIEW. I’ve been coming here for years and have referred many people here. When the company’s name changed I believe the company was sold.
The new staff / technician is pleasant, however, he TOTALLY LOST MY TRUST.
I brought my laptop in because the display was flickering. When the technician came in the following day, he told me after running his diagnostics, it was the battery 🪫. He gave me a price of $130 😳 for him to purchase and replace it. I said ‘that seems quite expensive, can you send me the model number of the battery.’ As the younger ppl would say, I was left on read. No response.
The following day, I came back to the store and finally got to meet him in person. He was nice and explained what he did.
While in the store, I was able to confirm the battery model number and ordered it from Amazon for $24 with free shipping 🥳
Math was never my strong point but based on common sense and streets smarts, I’ll win every time…. $50 diagnostic fee and a $24 battery DOESN’T ADD UP TO $130 ! 😤 PEOPLE WORK TOO HARD TO BE RIPPED OFF 😤😤
Sir, you’ve got to do better if you want to keep the high reviews from the previous owners.
End of the story, I tried my laptop after replacing the new battery and the problem still persists so I spent $50 for an incomplete diagnosis.
Unfortunately, TECHY HAS LOST MY TRUST 😢

Read more*This company needs to improve in prices, customer service and honesty. I paid $150 to fix my cracked iPhone screen. Weeks later, my screen started blinking excessively not knowing what happen. A friend told me it was a screen problem and I went to the store. They agreed it was screen problem but denied to grant me a better price because warranty was expired. They charged me $150 again to fix it. I asked if possible they could fix it for a lower price knowing it was nothing that I cause. They denied.
I was so frustrated and kept asking because I paid FULL PRICE for a piece that was damage from the beginning. I kept asking to lower the price but they denied. I left the store so frustrated that I told them they will receive a lower review online.
Hours later I received a call from the "Manager" who told me he was at the store at the time all happened but "he was busy". He agreed that the piece they sold me was damage and told me that he could charge me $40 to fix it. I decided not to go back there again. I knew they called me just because I said that I will leave a lower review online. They lost a loyal customer.
Customer service needs to be FIX & REPAIR as priority.
All I hope is that this negative review will help them to FIX & REPAIR not only phones but...
Read moreI was a customer at this place even though they are overpriced but is close to my house. Today I went to fix my screen because the screen they had replaced on my iPhone had lost the glue. After they fixed it I realized there was a scratch on my screen that it wasn't there before and I returned to talk to them on a civilized manner but the guy there instead of providing customer service started to give me excuses and explanations instead of fixing the problem. He ended up crying out loud as I was leaving the store he wasn't a liar even though he recognized that when they removed the previous glue they "probably" lifted the black paint inside the screen!!!
I replaced 2 screens there before, I brought my son's phone to fix the camera, just 3 weeks ago I bought a cover for my phone, and I paid every time I visited to replace my screen protector, so I consider myself a loyal and returning customer but today they lost my family business.
Terrible customer service and lack of respect implying I was lying to replace a screen......
