I originally left an unsatisfied review due to a customized gown I ordered arriving different than I had pictured. Although I was disappointed with the way it turned out, I immediately had to change my review to 5 stars due to the response I received.
As soon as I posted my review, Ashley Rene’s team member Hannah called me personally to address my concerns. Where a lot of businesses will post a public reply to make it seem like they care, Ashley Rene’s ACTUALLY cared that I was dissatisfied.
Before my pageant, did not let anyone on the Ashley Rene’s team know that I was disappointed with my gown, because I figured there was no time to make any corrections. Hannah told me how they restructured some other girl’s gowns in various ways at the pageant itself, including overnighting materials straight from the designers to add or embellish other gowns!
Not only was I incredibly impressed by the professional manner in which she addressed my concerns, but never once did she ask me to alter or delete my review, and mentioned that Ashley Rene’s wants every review to be honest. This is a huge testament to their values.
I have full faith that if you order from this store and are displeased, they will do everything they can to fix it for you! I also purchased my custom interview dress from Ashley Rene’s and it was flawless.
Regardless of what you order, you can count on impeccable customer service. I worked through both email and phone calls for months to piece my wardrobe together, and they diligently accommodated my unpredictable work schedule to do so.
I will be re-working the rhinestones on my gown, even after my pageant is over. That is how dedicated to customer experience they are here! Even though the publicity of the national pageant is over, they still care that I am happy with my gown for whatever I choose to wear it for next.
I would recommend to others looking for their pageant wardrobe, interview to gown and even accessories! If they don’t have exactly what you need, they will have it made for you or recommend the perfect piece, even if they don’t sell it. Now I can see why they are the most popular...
Read moreMy oldest daughter and I were looking for bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses and after being across the street at another shop, we thought we would see what Ashley Rene’s had to offer. From the minute we walked in the door I sensed this was not going to be a good experience. There were 3 young girls (2 employees and one friend) talking near the front counter and one of them greeted us with a “Hello, let me know if you need anything” and quickly went back to her conversation with the other girls. The friend was having some life issue and the other girls were offering suggestions on what to do. (Boyfriend related I believe) My daughter and I looked around for a bit but were having trouble locating the MOTB dresses and had to ask for assistance in finding them. One of the young women showed us where to look and again said “if you need anything, let me know”…. She then went back to the counter and continued talking with the other girls. At that point I was ready to leave since it was very clear that none of these young women were interested in helping us. Before we left, my daughter tried on one of the dresses (more so because we did not want to run out of the store after only a few minutes). The girl showed us to the fitting room and then disappeared. After trying on the dress, we put the dress back on the rack, thanked the girl and left.
This was the most awful and cold sales experience I have ever had in my life. There was almost no interaction from the sales associates and us. Certainly none of them seemed to really care that we were there and they did not appear to be interested in helping us. This was quite disappointing after coming from the bridal shop across the street where the sales lady greeted us the minute we walked in the door, showed us dress after dress, stayed with us the whole time and even told us not to worry about hanging them back up because that was part of her job.
Based on this experience, I will never go back to Ashley...
Read moreMy initial experience with Ashley Renne's via Mekayla Fawn was absolutely wonderful. I had been searching high/low for the perfect dress & they had it. I immediately ordered, & paid for the dress in full. The dress was to arrive in December which would leave me adequate time to get the proper seamstress on my alterations. Unfortunately Ashley Renee's never place my dress order. After a month of 'stories', phone calls & an in person visit to their store, the order was placed in December, four months after paying for it. It was due to arrive in April, and didn't arrive til May. I was mostly concerned about my alterations, but Ashley Renee herself promised me that her seamstress, Lynette would make me a priority. Lynette gave me the run around too. Never even looked at my dress, just constantly told me how busy she was & that I should have started earlier for 'this dress'. That WAS the intention.
I'll never use Ashley Renee's for anything again, nor will I suggest friends use them. They are a bunch of irresponsible teenagers without a care in the world. The customer service is non-existent too. I never received an apology for all of the confusion, no offer of any sort of reimbursement & they wouldn't even take my picture with my dress for their Facebook page like they do every single other bride who used them. Very very very disheartening all around. Brides aren't Ashley Renee's target audience, as we aren't returning for future purchases like her pageant clients & this mindset FULLY shows in how she treats people.
If you do use Ashley Renee's, please stay on top of them like crazy & request proof of...
