Easily my favorite store! I first heard about SV through a reel promoting their grand opening. After checking out their website I wasted no time making my way over to their shop as they were selling Alpha Lion pre workout for way cheaper than I had recently paid for the same product elsewhere.

Upon arrival I was blown away by the amount of quality products that they had in store. The staff was very friendly and quick to help me find the product I was looking for. After finding what I needed I made my way over to the cashier. In conversation I expressed my appreciation for their help in addition to what I considered to be a great deal. I was told that the great prices were here to stay in addition to being offered samples of other products which was also exciting. I also met Trent (the owner) that day and connected over many commonalities.

Fast forward to over a year later- SV has made me a life long loyal customer!

This was my first and last time shopping here. I ordered pre-workout on Presidents’ Day but received amino acids a week later. Mistakes happen, and I was willing to work with them to resolve it, but their customer service made it clear they don’t care about their customers.

I emailed the store and was sent a generic return label to ship the incorrect product back. Since I don’t have a printer, I reached out again asking if they could send me the correct pre-workout along with a return label. I never received a response.

I then called the store and spoke with an employee (I believe his name was Cameron). He seemed to know who I was and told me I would need to return the amino acids first to receive a refund. I expressed my frustration about being without my pre-workout and not having access to a printer. His response? I should go out of my way to a UPS or USPS store to print the label. He also refused to send the correct pre-workout with a return label, citing past issues with customers not returning products.

I even offered to have them charge my card for the amino acids while waiting for the return, but after checking with a manager, he told me no. When I asked if they would offer any compensation or discount for the inconvenience, he literally laughed at me over the phone.

10/10!!! I drove close to an hour and half to check out this supplement store and I got to say the store did not disappoint! I stopped in to get some flavored creatine that I been wanting to try by core nutritionals and I ended up getting two of them since they was running a crazy good deal on them and also got 2 vaso max pumps since they was on clearance and was super cheap! Svpplements hands down is the best supplement store I’ve been to. As a former GNC employee of 8 years with a passion for health and supplements, I was like a kid in a candy store! They was super stocked on everything and even had a second floor just for the pre workouts and aminos. Staff also was super friendly and helpful answering all of my questions I had and wasn’t pushy to try and sell me anything which was huge to me since I already know a lot about supplements. I enjoy looking and trying new products that I’ve never seen before and they had A LOT! The store itself also looked SUPER cool! If you’re in the area or even want to check out a new store to buy from I highly recommend checking Svpplements out! You won’t be disappointed! And to the owner of this store, congrats on making this amazing store come to life!
