THIS REVIEW DOES NOT REFLECT ON THE STORE ITSELF. The people at this store are fine, just your average salesperson out to get a sale. I bought a sectional & dining table as I was about to be moving and wanted some new nice things for the new place. In store they are in perfect condition and seem great so you will buy them. On delivery day the sectional was missing a set of brackets so the couch isn't even fully fastened together and can freely move around. The table came with a heavily damaged corner. The delivery people noted it and got a replacement table ordered and brackets ordered. 1 week later the exchange table comes and is also damaged the exact same way, so I declined it and they had to reorder a 3rd. The ordered brackets also got delivered that day via FedEx and were the wrong part and only sent 1 when 2 are required. After contacting their support to get the right brackets sent 3 days later I received another package with now 2 of the wrong brackets in that package so I now have 3 parts I never needed and the couch still isn't right. In that time I also discovered that on the motor for one of the reclining sections was missing 2 bolts letting the slide track lift and cause heavy damage to one of the rails and not wanting to deal with the joke of the support I had to go to Lowes to buy bolts for my brand new couch so it could function properly. Fast forward to the 3rd table delivery and them being here for the 3rd week in a row, the 3rd table also came damaged but in a totally different way that made it not acceptable. I ended up just telling them to replace to section of the table that was busted with one off the table they brought as I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time away from work or weekend plans since it seems as I was never going to get something that didn't have some kind of damage. Along with 2 of the delivery companies both saying the same thing of how they have nothing but problems with Bob's tables and 95% of them come damaged from the factory. They both also said how Bob’s manufacturing is just bad in general. In summary I would not recommend getting anything from Bob’s, it may look nice in store but once it’s in your home it will be a nightmare to get anything fixed...
Read moreBy far the absolute worse customer support experience. It’s almost better off them not answering the calls. We have had encounters with rude customer support individuals. Initially, the packaging at Bobs had some ripped plastic (we picked this up). It was a single individual essentially pulling the couches off a platform onto the concrete while the couch makes suspicious noises including creaking and cracking. We had a leg on the couch that was stripped, packaging was dis shoveled; we inspected it and decided to get this home (did not see the stripped leg support till at home). Once home realizing the new issue was hardware that was nap-aligned, specifically 1/4-1/2” off with a now brand new map-aligned couch we called the support. The individual laughed at my significant other (no kidding laughed), offering initially 2 solutions: 1) send us brackets to screw into the couch ourselves 2) couch pickup—but we pay the fee. We eventually got another person and a date for them to get the couch( with no fee). I specified clearly a time that does not work( the individual read this back to me), they made a note. Believe it or not they tried to pick up the couch on the exact time not to (they later indicate it’s a window). We have now rescheduled and they indicate it’s a window of time for pickup as they (customer support) does not know the name of the company that’s contracted to pick up my couch and they cannot contact them.
If you want a a company with a respectable staff (Bob’s), clean store, fair pricing, beautiful furniture, but unfortunately with inept customer support that will do the absolute BARE MINIMUM to support a customer or mend a situation (or hell even offer an additional piece for this trouble),then Bob’s Furniture is the place for you.

Read moreAfter shopping around multiple furniture stores, we found Bobs. Bobs was great to work with in store and the sales team was very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, the warehouse and delivery team for Bobs is a NIGHTMARE. I purchased a beautiful white sofa on 1/06/2025. We scheduled delivery for 1/18/25. We sold our current couch to make room the same day just to wait all day and find out upon delivery that our sofa was cut open and dirty from mishandling. The guys informed me that Bobs would reach out and reschedule with a new sofa. Sure enough, customer service reached out and got us reschedule for 1/22/2025. I left work early so I could be there for the delivery around 11am. I show the guys where I want the sofa, and they come back up without it. Once again, they show me a picture and said that the couch is damaged (cut open) and dirty. I refused delivery as I did before, except this time I canceled my order. The incompetence of the warehouse workers to continue to damage furniture and send it out with visible damage to the box is strong. I did reach out to the Mishawaka store after the 1st failed delivery, via the email they gave me when I made the purchase, but I received no response. Our business will go elsewhere, and I will never shop Bobs again. Disappointed more...
