Horrible service. My insurance was not ran through for any glasses coverage other than what they had on sale in store. Scott apparently told upper management that he provided a complementary cloth; bag and glass cleaner which was incorrect. I was told I will receive a phone call from management it's been weeks now and nothing. He rushed the entire process for me being in store and when I called every other day to see a status on my glasses he was always rude answering the phone. When I finally picked up my glasses his rude comment was "you really needed these calling everyday" and handed me the glasses without making sure it was measured correctly on my face without asking me if I needed anything else. When I opened the case there was no cleaning cloth when I told him he handed me an AX bag and told me to use that as a cloth which is not even the brand of glasses I purchased. The entire experience was awful and customer service nor management does nothing about it. Target optical makes you fill out a complaint form for nothing because nothing has been done. Never again will I nor my family of 6 get any glasses from at target. We're better off going elsewhere. I posted the picture of my glasses with the target optical case and the AX cloth bag Scott suggested to use as a cloth to clean my glasses. So unprofessional it's insane. Read moreDylin fixed an unexpected complicated issue on my glasses in a matter of 15 minutes, and changed my whole week by how knowledgeable, fast, and friendly he was. I had a stressful week, and when I called ahead, he knew exactly the right thing to say. I brought them into the Target, he inspected the broken wires and popped out glass (all the while being extremely calm and pleasant), and told me he’d have them done in a minute. I felt so relieved. I shopped around for my favorite candle, and when I got back he was holding them up to the light shining the lenses. Not only that, but when he brought them to me he told me he had readjusted all the metal pieces because they were stretched, and adjusted the nose pieces. He fitted them to my face, and they felt 1,000% better. I cannot tell he how much better he made me feel about myself going into work that week. I could have cried. I felt so taken care of. Read moreI originally came in August for myself. I loved Dr.Wade. He was a lot more upfront and explanatory than any other optometrist I’ve ever had. I love how he used an example of glaucoma for me because all of my optometrist’s portrayed it in a way that just never made sense to me! He is awesome.
Yesterday I took my daughter there because she was having issues. Dr.Wade said she was farsighted, which the previous optometrist failed to find months before. Well they said she had 20/20 but didn’t address the fact she couldn’t see up close. Laura, one of the ladies that works on the floor was amazing!
