I bought 2 pairs of the same jeans a little over a month ago. I washed them immediately to get the factory smell off of them and one of the pairs came out of the washer with a giant rip. The other pair washed and dried just fine and I wear them every other day. I have 4 pairs of the same jeans that I bought 3 years ago and still wear them every week (they've never ripped). I tried to return the ripped pair (which I never wore) and was told they couldn't be returned due to being past the 30 days. It was the holiday season and last time I knew it was 60 days. And no matter what the time frame is, it shouldn't matter considering they ripped before ever wearing them. These are $90 jeans, that is a lot of money to spend on a pair of jeans that was apparently defective from the factory. This pair must have been manufactured incorrectly considering none of the other pairs have ripped in 3 years. I've been a loyal shopper here for years and only buy my jeans from here. One item was wrinkled (all these particular tops as I ordered them in a few colors arrived very wrinkled to the point of needing to be ironed for the ones I kept) he acted like I wore it which I did not and said he was going to tag it or something whatever that means. Then a dress I ordered on 11-27 he would not let me return today on 1-4 as apparently they only do 30 days for returns even during the holiday season which is a ânewâ policy as itâs always been at least 60 days. They would not even do in store credit for said item. Do to poor return policyâs and a not so friendly guy I have deleted my express app, unsubscribed from your emails/texts and will never spend a dime there again. I bought 2 pairs of jeans and the Southlake mall Express location shut down so I didnât get a chance to exchange within the 30 days. I drove an hour and a half to this location BEING 9 MONTHS PREGNANT just to be told that I canât exchange them. Absolutely ridiculous. I am on Expressâs A-list spending over 1k a year in their stores and online. Maybe I should rethink that considering their shitty...
