Lane Bryant — Local services in Mishawaka

The employees usually are pretty nice here but the Sunday crew was less than cordial. It was near closing time and they were very impatient for us to hurry up and make our selections. One employee actually approached my friend and said, "just so you know we're closing at 6." This made my friend very uncomfortable. I have worked retail and have family currently working in retail. I understand everyone wants to close up but you never approach a shopping customer and hurry them out the door. Sorry Lane Bryant but not sure if we will be back... Definitely...

Very nice staff. A little over attentive, but i've seen worse. This last weèkend it was buy 1 get one 75% off. Thats nice until you see the cheapest pair of shorts you like is 69.99. 50% of the clearence sticker, but plan jane shirts that should have been originally $20-30 was 35-85 on clearance already! They say i saved $150.00, but i spent $147.00. 2 pairs of shorts 1 clearence top and 10 pairs of painties for $40.00. Everything fits comfortably even the panties. Just feel like prices are a bit...

Young lady at checkout was kind, I was greeted as I shopped around, store was clean and merchandise easy to find/actually sized correctly. 5 stars for the store operations and the customer service.
