I love loft, and even worked at loft for a little bit, but continue to still shop there every chance I get! But the new customer service lady’s do not go that extra mile as I know the brand pushes! You walk in, no one greets you anymore, they don’t even talk to you, see if you are looking for anything, tell you about current sales or promotions, etc.. I have even come to custom of just walking into the fitting room and setting up my own room. Then at the cash register they do not promote any sales, the don’t even walk your bags from around the register anymore when you are buying large amounts, the just toss it to you over the counter! This isn’t just one employee, and this has been going on for the last two years, even the manager of the store, and the store leads do this! I have truly been disappointed with this store for a while, that’s why I currently would rather just go online. I hope corporate sees this, not to get anyone in trouble, but because I know how great those girls can be; Loft by Ann Taylor please go in and show the girls what loving Loft...

Barely made it and tried to go in 4 minutes before posted closing time and door was already locked. (I’ve worked in retail and currently own a business with a storefront. I am very conscious of not holding people up when they want to close. I wanted to grab the item and get out, but this extremely poor business practice is making me think twice about shopping there anymore [even though it’s one of the few places in the area where I can get clothes that fit].) if you say you are open until 6, you shouldn’t lock the doors until 6! The sales clerk lied to him & said my gift recipients wouldn’t work because they were past the 30 day , although it clearly states on the recipient that it’s valid til January 31 if bought between November 1- December 24. Unfortunately, he was doing me a favor and didn’t realize that it was written at the bottom. But the clerk who returned the items sure knew it was stated on there. You’ve just lost a customer.
