Always great food, the only problem is that their "Regular" wet burritos are actually smaller than the smalls used to be, regardless what the wate staff says, I've been going to Hacienda since there was only a single restaurant, and it was in a huge house (actually it still is, but it's expanded to have a stand alone bar too}, and the Regular was SO HUGE that most people couldn't eat the whole thing at one sitting, and the darn thing was so huge that it was practically falling out of the HUGE plates they served it on! I wish I had a picture!
Now the Regular is barely HALF it's original size, and makes the plate look really empty. It's sad. Just look at the plate, imagine the burrito so large the corners are practically over the edges, then drowning in melted cheese.
Though I always ordered extra cheese, even back then. Plus Sour Cream Plus Guac, Plus Two of their little bowels of hot sauce, just for the burrito. At least two more if I'm eating a bunch of the chips. (If you take them home, don't refrigerate the chips, it ruins them.)
I only ever get the ground beef, the chicken is OK, and so is the "steak", but the steak not only has a different consistency than ground beef, it tastes completely different, and I don't like it near much as the ground beef. Plus extra Cheese Plus Sour Cream, plus Guac, plus their hot sauce.
Do not use delivery, the sour cream is MUCH more expensive, like the price of an entire quart at the store, and it comes in a styrofoam bowl with one of those horrible thin plastic lids that will often crack when you're simply trying to take the lid off. So, you end up paying at least double. I'd rather go in to pick it up, and stop at the grocery store for guacamole and sour...
Read moreI'll get to the manager Collin in a minute. We had the best server, her name is Rachel W (I asked if she was the only Rachel and she said no so I asked the letter of her last name). She greeted us with a smile the whole time, made sure we had chips when we ran out and refills, very helpful and helpful. Thank you Rachel W for your service. Now, I ordered a chicken, cheese and spinach quesadilla. When it arrived it hardly had any cheese on it. I asked Rachel of I could have more cheese on it. She let her manager Collin know my complaint. He brings it out and says " here is your quesadilla with extra cheese, no apology but rude tone. When the bill came I noticed $1.99 charge for the "extra cheese". I told him I wasn't paying the extra since it only had a tiny bit of cheese on it in the first place. He says "that's the amount of cheese our quesadillas come with". I posted a couple of pics with "extra cheese" which wasn't extra cheese, just the amount that a quesadilla would have. I told him that was fine and he lost a customer and he said "that's fine". I also told him I would be leaving a negative review on him and he said that's fine my name is Collin and he walked away. Wow, I think he needs to go back to training on what a manager should be like because he definitely does not have the personality or customer service. Rachel got a huge tip from because she definitely knows how to treat people and maybe they should put her in management. Again Rachel thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism and all you did.

Read moreI’ve been going to Hacienda for years. I brought my whole family there two weeks in a row. Them two weeks. I got the worst service ever tonight. August 6, 2025 for the second week in a row. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for food that was not correct. And was cold. We set for long period of time with no drink no salsa no chips and four kids that were begging for their food. I run a business locally here in town if I ran anything like this, I would be disgusted at my company tables and four filthy dirty. The waitress was very slow. Her name was Emily. I don’t know what she was doing, but she surely wasn’t take care of her customers nor was she busting any tables because everything around us was filthy dirty Then when they brought me the bill for my food for $132 when three of the items on that bill we’re not even any good and we’re turned back and said we don’t want nothing else for them.
