Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Mishawaka

Good burgers, good wings/sauce, decent service for a Friday at lunch. Got right in and sat down, had entrees within 15-20 min. Overall good experience.

Edit: Since you asked, the speed of the food was great, we were seated immediately even with limited seating, and the food tasted great. The things that were missing were small service-related things like empty glasses sitting on the table for 5 or so minutes. We also sat in the booth for a little while after paying and didn't get offered a refill which, I know isn't really industry standard, but I think there was one or two other tables still lingering and we were both drinking water. It wouldn't have cost anything and it would have been a good way to say that you're still paying attention and that your servers are not just working for the tips. To be honest, very few restaurants deserve 5 star reviews and when I rate a store, it's because I feel strongly about the store. You guys did a fantastic job and I would recommend this store to anyone...

About 1-2 times a year for the last 5 years we have made it a tradition on my kids birthdays to order from wings, when we order we usually end up speaking to a manager as the order is anywhere from 50-100 chicken strips, extra wet and about 4-5 of the loaded fry trays, well tonight we tried to call and place an order per usual and we were met with a very rude and disrespectful lady who told us that we had never ordered strips from them that way and it's impossible and they have never sold them that way, yet I have bank statements to back that we in fact have places these orders SEVERAL TIMES, over the course of several years. We were abruptly hung up on when we replied that we had indeed placed these orders and needed to speak with a manager ( as all previous orders had always needed to be placed by a manager) Soo rude compared to how we have previously been treated during these orders.. I came here for lunch. I sat at the bar, it took several minutes before I was even greeted. I ordered wings and sat having my drink. It was quite a while before I was asked if I wanted anything else. The wings took a very long time to be ready. When they finally arrived my server didn't provide me with a waste plate or such. When I was finished once again took a very long time before being approached. I reluctantly ordered a Mojito, that was a big mistake. It was the worst Mojito I've ever had. They took out the book to make it so clearly they didn't know what they were doing. When attempting to get my check it took quite an effort to get her attention. All I was told was, let me get your server. Then she came back (the same girl) and handed my check to me. Making things complicated for no reason at all. Paid and left. This place may have been okay if not for the service and lack of effort...
