I was there today September 24 2023. The windsor in Mishawaka. I had a bad experience. The girl was wearing a white crop tank top showing her stomach with a black and white jacket. Jeans and white tenis shoes. She has a nose piercing as well. The policy is ridiculous. You can only try on 6 dresses which is fine. They have no sign posting this and I had 8 items. She said I had to decide right away what I wanted to try on without a warning. So I couldn’t decide on the spot right away and she said someone else was going ahead of me. So I got frustrated and just told her to let someone go ahead then. Then the policy is to get back in line with the items you can’t try on. Went there today to find a dress for a Christmas party, and Ashley was soooooo nice and helpful!! The store was clean, she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and she had asked me if there was any other sizes in dresses that I needed. Christin was freaking AMAZING and literally helped me find ALLLLLLLL the bling boots to satisfy this Swiftie!!! But like seriously, every time I thought I’d tried them all, she found more!!! Nailed my shoe size even though I wasn’t sure, and taught me how to take off the super tall ones “to boot”!!! We literally had THE MOST FUN and by the time I left were like instant BFFs!!!!
