I was there to pick up my order . There was one employee at the register while others were stocking . It was taking longer due to multiple returns and placing new order online so I asked employee if he call someone else to help if itâs going to take longer . He completely ignores me . I confronted him saying least you can do is acknowledge me and answer my question and he ignored me again . I was at south coast and they spent more than 45 minutes and couldnât return it. They kept saying I paid part of it with gift card and I had it in my AmX I paid it all with my card. They told me to go to original store because they must know what they did. Next day I had to go to Mission Viejo and another 45 minutes and all mangers tried to figure out and they had no solution.
