I spent almost $30 on two chicken bowls via GrubHub, but the driver said the store refused to provide any magic sauce because "it wasn't listed on the order." The item listing on GrubHub says it includes "two magic sauce" and "one hot sauce." In fact, in order to manually add magic sauce to the order you must pay an additional $.25 per sauce. Despite this, the staff person says they were not allowed to provide any sauce unless explicitly included on the order.
They need to get their GrubHub situation sorted out and also inform their staff it is entirely appropriate to provide sauce to customers when a driver informs them it was supposed to be included in the order.
