Absolutely terrible service every time I come here. We have gotten two rings from here and one in Tustin. The first time Judy was passive and rude. I went in last year to get my ring sized and she told me what size I needed and tried to argue with me what was right for me. Not sure how many incompetent customers they have but I know what I need and want. I never asked for her opinion. It was rude and disrespectful. I had to get my ring sized twice because of her. My husband bought me a new ring this past week from the same place. He bought it from Judy. She was rude to my husband. I asked why didn’t you say something to the manager and he said because she’s old. I don’t care if you’re old or not. Respect is earned not given. She doesn’t have the right to treat people the way she does. Age doesn’t matter. I had to go in yesterday to get my ring size and was happy i didn’t have to deal with Judy.I tell Norma my ring size is 5.25 and she tells me there’s only 5 and 5.5. I’m like okay I guess I’ll go with 5.5. I go in today and it’s too big, I tell the guy working it’s too big and he tells me he could get it done in an hour. I have my two my kids with me so I decided to leave and then I realized I needed it resized so I go back. I tell him Norma told me I couldn’t do a 5.25. He said you can but she doesn’t usually do ring sizes I’m like okay so I leave it there. Never get a call back so I call and they tell it’s ready for pick up. I pick up my ring and it’s still 5.5. They never fixed it. I am beyond upset. Lack of communication. Either the workers here are under stimulated or they just lack customer service skills. Either way I would never recommend this place. Four months ago, she assisted me in finding the perfect ring for my beautiful wife, and her professionalism shone brightly even then.
