This store has the WORST customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. My mother and I came stopped by tonight on 06/09/24 around 6pm to purchase some clothes and encountered the WORST customer service ever! From our experience this evening, both the cashier and store manager, Chel L. were completely incompetent, racist and condescending. First the cashier could not even make a return even after I gave her a receipt and my phone number to look up my information. I could tell that she was clearly struggling pushing the buttons on the register and couldn't do the return so I asked her to call the store manager for help with the transaction. However, she refused to call the store manager to the front, telling me that there was only one store manager available and she "will not call her". After that, I said "why wouldn't you call her even when a paying customer is asking you to and said I wanted to speak to the store manager?" She continued to say, "no, I will not call her." I then had to go ask the security guy to call the store manager for me and he promptly did the right thing and called her to the front of the store. When the store manager came to the register, she took over the transaction and was able to make the return using my phone number. However, I have to emphasize that she had the worst attitude towards me. Right from the start, the manager was very rude, snappy and displayed a horrific attitude. She even said to me, "don't you start with me" when I tried to give her my phone number and explain what had happened. I said I given the cashier my phone number multiple times but she couldn't do the return. In the end, I did not want to argue with her and just wanted her to finish up my transactions since it was taking an incredibly long time already. Neither of them offered an apology and even started talking behind my back when my mother and I was walking out of the store. I am left with no other choice but to file a formal complaint to the corporate office based on our horrific experience tonight and these two individual's disgusting behavior. They should both be fired for mistreating their loyal, long time customers in such a horrible way. As an Asian American born and raised in this country, I have never experienced such terrible racist and disgusting behavior from anyone and honestly feel that both the manager and cashier were clearly racist and for some reason they felt entitled to act in such a disgusting way. Their behavior is a disgrace and appalling. They should not be working in a retail store interacting with paying customers who has done nothing wrong to be mistreated in such a way as they treated us. Unless these individuals get punished for their behavior or better yet fired from their positions, I'm afraid other customers of different races will suffer. The prices are more than reasonable and there are many good deals to be had here. Only had one minor problem with returning an item.
