I found Koko Sushi on a happy accident! I started with cold sake, I had two bottles that were equally tasty and reasonably priced. Next I had scallop, salmon, and tuna sushi. The rice was absolutely amazing! Flavorful, fresh, and the fish was really good too. The portion of fish complimented the rice really well. I had two cut rolls salmon lemon, which was the perfect blend of tart and savory. It's filled with avocado, carrots, and cucumber. His company opened a new location in San Clemente and they transferred him there. The food was still good, but just not the same.
