I purchased the engraveable pendant and Rolo necklace on the Dec 22nd for my partner. I called Pandora as I initially inputted the wrong email and spoke with a Jackie from the Mission Viejo location. She advised that she wasn’t able to revise my email at the moment. However, Jackie called me back in less than 5 minutes stating my full order was ready for pick up. I drove all the way down to Mission Viejo, waited nearly 1hr 30m to be given 1/2 items from my order. Jill assisted me and told me the Rolo necklace was out of stock, which it’s not her fault, but she proceeded to show me a necklace that was more expensive and not what I was looking for budget wise. She didn’t assist further in that but recommended me to another jeweler below them. I was so gutted as this was my anniversary gift for my partner. I really don’t understand how this behavior was acceptable as I received no accommodation but an “I’m sorry”. I left the store feeling very upset and I feel no one from the store aided further more than an “I’m sorry”. No call, notification, nothing regarding my order not being fulfilled fully. Read moreI had a wonderful experience; I don't know where to begin! I will start off by saying Karemi and Jill exceeded my expectations. Originally, I was dreading the hour-long drive ahead of me, especially with how the traffic is. You see, this store's location is not my home's location. I was in search of the sparkling crown snake chain for weeks, which had been sold out everywhere else.
Once I finally got to this store to exchange my bracelet, I found myself having fun and bonding with the ladies. As Karenmi was handling my exchange, Jill offered to clean all my pandora jewelry, knowing I drove from so far. They wanted to make sure I got taken care of. They listened to me babble on for probably an hour. They made my day as I hoped to have made theirs's... and of course I can never leave without buying another charm... I have a problem, lol.
Needless to say, I finally got my bracelet, and my new charm will have an amazing story behind it... because after all, our charms do tell a story of us. Thank you so-so much Karemi and Jill for the laughs, listening ear, and amazing care!...
Read moreI did not feel like I was given any attention at this store. I wanted to come in to ask about a ring, and already walking in, I could already tell the two employees saw me as a zero-priority customer. They didn’t acknowledge me, or let me know that they would get to me in a moment. I look at the section I wanted to ask about, and I see another customer walk in after me and is waiting. 20 minutes later, the employees ask this customer if she needs any help but didn’t bother to ask me if there was anything I needed despite coming in before this customer. I’m sure part of the problem might be a staffing issue, but this 1 star is because I was made to feel like a low priority with no acknowledgment or intent to get back to me. I left immediately after because I simply respect myself too much to be that customer that doesn’t get helped until everyone else is gone. The employees need to be retrained on customer service. I was truly excited about this purchase, but now I’ll be looking into pandora...
