If youâre going to spend top dollar for a high end product, you deserve quality service, communication & honesty. You will get none of those things from Lovesac.
We ordered a âSactionalâ with the Stealth Technology (surround sound system) under the promise that the entire unit would be delivered within 1 - 2 weeks.
Two weeks later I followed up to inquire about the status of my deliver and I was told that a few items (sub woofer and center channel) were on back order for 2 - 4 weeks which was delaying my shipment. I requested them to ship the couch separately so we would have something to sit on while we wait for the surround sound to be delivered.
4 weeks after ordering, we finally received our first delivery, but it was incomplete. Not only did it not include the surround sound, but there were two additional boxes missing. So now we have a couch with no arm rests.
To make matters worse, we are now being told that it will take 20 - 22 weeks (5+ months) to deliver the center channel, so our entire surround sound system is completely worthless.
Had they been honest and told us about the shipping delay at the showroom, we never would have purchased this couch.
They offer a 60 day money back guarantee, but what they fail to mention is that after you spend 12 laborious hours assembling this thing, you wonât have the energy to even consider returning it.

   Read moreWhat an excellent experience at the Mission Viejo Lovesac store. I have been in the market for a sectional and after months of research decided to get a Sactional. I knew exactly what I wanted except for the fabric so decided to go to the store and check out the fabrics. I live in San Diego so decided to checkout the new Lovesac store at the UTC mall. just finding the store was a challenge since google maps doesn't show the correct location at the mall and their listed phone number gave a busy signal (hadn't gotten a busy signal in over a decade!!). Turns out the store manager was on a 2 hour call and while he was on the call no one else could call the store. One of the staff could really use a fidget spinner. all he did was buzz from one side of the store to the other for no apparent reason. the lady there was nice but failed to mention that they don't have all of the sample after I was there for 3.5 hours not being able to find what I liked and had seen on the website. VERY frustrating! That's how I ended up at the Mission Viejo store. Suzy and Cindy were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and to the point! I placed my order and was on the way in under 15 minutes. While I was there I decided to buy a Lovesac for my brother and Footsac for each of us. UTS's loss was very deservedly Mission Viejo's! After waiting to reach a person I described my issue along with all the resets I had already performed on each piece as well as the whole system and theyâre first words to me were âwell letâs try another resetâ. Itâs incredibly frustrating after wrestling with numerous resets, explaining everything Iâve already tried to fix it myself and feel like I wasnât heard. I was then put on hold for about 30 min with no more word from the rep. The call was ended or dropped with no response but a vague warranty email that didnât mention anything about the stealth tech at all. I called the store in Mission Viejo to try and figure what was going on and it was only at this point did I feel like I was getting the customer service I expected from this company. The woman on the phone at the store was wonderful, she was able to look up my account and tell me what was going on.
