The classic charm and welcoming vibe of a See’s Candies is lost upon this place. Immediately upon walking in you expect to be greeted in the classic See’s welcome. Not here. Not only not welcomed, but there were 4 women working, running around like distracted ants out of a disturbed line trying to put candy in different orders in the case. All the while, 6 or so customers where walking around not even approached for help or offered suggestions. One young girl finally asked the worker, “ You don’t have samples to help us decide anymore?”, to which the worker said, “ Oh, yeah I have some back here you can have”. What in the world. I’m not sure what has happened to customer service across the board, but See’s was the upper echelon of true old school customer care. WOW! I mean, it's See's Candies, and they're near perfection! They've been around forever, and you know that it's good because they don't use any preservatives. Guaranteed freshness when you buy from here. If you ask politely, they'll even give you a free sample. It's all priced by the pound, so the final price can vary, even if you get the same thing every time. Most of the people that I see working there, have been there for years. The staff here was super friendly and offered us extra samples. stop by See's candy and got some free samples for the kids as well as several boxes for gifts for friends and family the store is well lid right and inviting and the associates are all just inconsistent uniforms and also very friendly and welcoming.
