TLDR:I will be a loyal customer as long as l have this car, and I encourage everyone considering BMW specific service to use Solely Bimmer.

The whole story: I bought a 2002 M3 in 2020, a dream car from my youth. I was worried about taking to places that have no idea how to work on this high-strung car and finicky motor. I called 4 places that claim to work only on German cars, visited 3, and it was clear as soon as I walked in the door I would be taking my baby only to Solely Bimmer. I was hearing a odd driveline whine that I was not sure where it was coming from. After listening patiently, Travis jumped in car with me to drive an hear the sound. He couldn't place it at the moment, but agreed it was a little off. He put me in their system just so IF I came back, they would have his notes.

I waited several months due to work issues but when I brought it in they picked up right where they left off. Went for another quick drive with Matt, and I left it with them. Called me back a couple days later, gave be a diagnosis which was that it was due to a shorter final drive that the previous owner had put in but that, most importantly, everything was working as it should and there was no risk to further damage. The found some other small items, such as cracked belts and tensioners that didn't tension, and the pricing to fix them was WAY less than I expected. They quickly performed the work.

When I came to pick it up, I brought my wife and they spent time talking with her as well, giving her confidence that I didn't screw up buying this car, that it really was in as good of shape as I had hoped.

Solely Bimmer is outstanding! I cannot say enough great things about this place! I went in to get an estimate for replacing the front bumper because of issues with the undercarriage panel/deflector coming unattached and dragging on the ground due to getting caught on concrete barriers at the front of parking spaces. They said they didn't do that type of work, but when I told them I was out here visiting my parents after driving cross-country from Miami, they offered to look at the repair work that had been done by others to see what the risk looked like. They put the car on the hoist and showed me what had been going on, how it had been fixed by others and that types of repairs should be done longer term. They put in additional screws so that I would have greater peace of mind driving back across the country to Miami. And, to be sure the car was as safe as possible, they topped off my fluids and adjusted tire pressure. When I asked what I owed them, they would not accept payment! These are honest people who are doing their best to treat their customers fairly. And, they go above and beyond the customer's requests to ensure that their needs are fully cared for as well. I wish I lived out here and could bring my car to them for all of my maintenance needs. Suffice it to say that I will happily refer others to them and will use them whenever I need service in...

Solely Bimmer is, by my experience, not just a mechanic - they are artists as well.

Their work is top-notch. They are efficient, timely, knowledgeable, honest/trustworthy, and their work is also clean and organized. As long as they are around, I plan on strictly buying only BMW vehicles just to have them as my mechanic.

I have a 1990 BMW E30 (not many independant mechanics can knowledgeably service this model of car anymore). Since owning the E30, I have had Solely Bimmer do the following work:

1. Radiator & Tubing replacement
2. Spark Plug, Spark Plug Wiring, Distributor Cap + Rotor Replacement
3. Brake Wiring replaced
4. 4-6 Oil Changes.

Every time I am there, I have no doubt that my car will be taken care of. They not only charge extremely fair prices, but they also take the time to explain the issue with your car and how they intend to fix it.

The crew there is extremely friendly - Travis, Abel, Carson, and Matt are all great. Every time I go to Solely, I walk out with more understanding and knowledge of my car than I did before.
