Overall it was an ok experience, the poki tasted good and the place was clean and new. However here are the issues we had, we eat Poki a lot and loved that one was moving around the corner from us but the portion size was all wrong. I've never had a place that weighed out my fish before and the toppings were so minimal that both me and my husband left hungry. All other places I can ask for more and no questions they will give it. Here they will charge you and extra dollar, that is not where you lose money, that's how you lose customers. The spoons they dished them out in were so small and they barely filled those up. Also the beverages were lacking with most being still in bottles. There are many more Poki places just a 5 to 10 minute that charge the same price, have more sizes, toppings and don't charge more for the normal amount of toppings. First and last time going here. I feel a bit cheated. Came in was not asked if I was eating in or taking out. ( I was eating in.) Got my food. I was asked if I'd like anything else I said yes the miso soup. Got my food and paid. Didn't realize they thought I was getting it to go. Was offered a bag, and told them I was eating there. Two guys, who look nothing like me, walk in and they were asked if they would be eating here or to go. They said eating in. They got their food and I noticed their food came in an ACTUAL BOWL and not a to go plate, which looked like it had A LOT more of everything than I was given. I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with this place was so bad I had to. I ordered a poke bowl and a poke burrito through Uber Eats, and both were incredibly disappointing. First, the burrito had cucumber in it, even though I’m allergic. I managed to pick it out, but it was frustrating.

Then came the poke bowl… and honestly, it’s the worst poke I’ve ever had. The fish felt off—like it wasn’t fresh at all. The salmon even had a brownish color, which was alarming. It didn’t look or taste like quality fish. I don’t know what’s going on in their kitchen, but I deeply regret ordering from here.
