Hi, Valvoline in Mission Vieho was fantastic! I want to express my gratitude for your employee, Frederick Anaman, who went above and beyond in a superior fashion to service my car. First, I wanted an oil change, but he checked the mileage and the last oil change and said it would not be needed and would be a waste of money. Then he checked all my fluids perfectly. I then explained that Jiffy Lube on Main St in Irvine had done a tire rotation in March 2023 and it resulted in my two tires coming off my car while driving on highway after leaving Jiffy Lube! Wonderful Frederick Anaman from Valvoline checked the air in my tires thoroughly and spent 10 minutes making sure that ALL the lug nuts in ALL TIRES were . as tight as possible. No charge for all that work!!! I will definitely go back to Valvoline and ask for Frederick, a superb professional, most valuable employee who deserves recognition for being an asset to your company. He should get a promotion and be in charge of training all other...

I have an older vehicle that I've taken to Valvoline since I bought it two years ago. Recently they decided that they can no longer work on it due to mysterious ever changing problems, all of which are inconsistent. I've tried calling ahead of time to figure out the issue with a manager, and was directed to a valvoline 30 miles away from my house. When we got there, the kid back tracked what I'd been told on the phone, and said that calling Valvoline was pointless because it's a call center number. He said he wouldn't do the oil change, back tracked, began the oil change, and stopped saying there was something in the notes saying not to continue. We could see there was nothing in the notes and later recieved a receipt stating there was no reason for them not to preform the service. It was so unprofessional, such a waist of my time, and came across as just pure laziness. I won't be taking any of my other vehicles there...

I needed an oil change and I kept putting it off. I actually heard an advertisement on the radio for drive through oil change when I was driving home in traffic so I thought I'd just drive in and test them out. It took about an hour for me. The car in front of me seemed to need more than just an oil change. Just be aware the technicians inspect your car and will most likely offer other services. I declined a new cabin air filter as I just wanted the oil change. Other than the wait it was pretty smooth. It cost me $83 with a $15 coupon you can get online. I just took a screenshot of it. I got a full synthetic oil change on a Prius. All in all, the convenience of the drive-thru didn't seem much more comfortable than making an appointment and sitting down inside, reading a magazine and possibly having a cup of coffee and using a restroom if necessary.
