Although this is the smaller format Target, it's got a lot, plus a small grocery section. And toys for those cases where your kid has a birthday to attend and you forgot (or procrastinated) to buy a physical gift. Anyway, just went in today, first day open, and picked up some saltine crackers, a birthday card, pencil box, and coloring pens. Took all of 6 minutes. Well stocked with just the things you need. Way better prices than the major grocery store chains. Love the new carpet smell. I still like the large Target stores, but it is nice not having to walk a ton to get just a couple of basic things. Obviously super clean. Side note: I recently learned that the white Target bullseye logo represents the express (or small format) Target.

A mini version of a Target store (I call it Baby Target ā˜ŗļø). Very clean and organized inside! They carry a decent variety of items for a smaller-end store. They don’t carry everything though, so if you are looking for something specific I would double check the Target app before making the drive. This location would be best for a quick trip for basic items (makeup, medicine, clothes, food), but for bigger shopping hauls I would recommend going to the larger location on Jeronimo. Overall this is a great location, and the staff are always wonderful!

I don’t know how to feel about a mini Target. I think it’s a waste of space, Target is known for their ā€œfind everythingā€ run. When I walked into this Target I was a disappointed because I assumed it was a regular Target, needless to say I didn’t find what I was looking for. I would hate to have to Google up another Target, get there to only find out it’s a mini Target AND one would figure that Target would be up to date with Apple Pay, this was another disappointment. TARGET needs to get on it and update payment type.

First time to this training wheels target. Mistakenly placed an online order for pick up thinking this location was on Alicia. No problem though. Parked in "employee only" parking area (odd) and walked in. Saw the order pick up desk and no one was there. A woman employee (large, younger girl with long dirty blond/brown hair) walked up and seemed to be pulling orders and yelled out across the registers that someone was killing her because the lids were missing to the bins. I looked right at her, nothing. She walked away. One lady was telling her life story to the returns employee - so no going there. I just waited. A very young girl (18yo) came out from the little stockroom and asked finally if I needed help and I said "yes, I need to pick up an order". She just looked at me and went back to what she was doing....like she didn't know what to do. By this time, the return customer (the life story) asked for a manager and she came, but the returns guy just left (weird). Now, there were 4-5 customers waiting and swarming, as there wasn't really a "wait in line here" area. The same girl that ignored me first came back and started asking people if they needed help....but not me, as I was first in 'line". the lady behind me said that I was first and she FINALLY asked if I needed help. I handed her my ID and said, I need to pick up an order, and THANKS for ignoring me the three times you walked by. She literally typed my name in, walked into the storage area and grabbed the headphones I ordered. What a waste of 20 minutes. I guess that's what $16/hour buys these days.....just have self pick up, customers seem to know more than the employees, and I can be rude to...

I went to another target to get an item and they didn’t have my size so I had to drive to this location because this one did have the item in my size. I came in here around 9:56pm I knew exactly what I needed and rushed to the area to get it. On the way over I asked the employee where the section was her response was ā€œwe’re closed so you actually can’t buy anything and I can’t tell you where it’s atā€ mind you it’s not even 10pm exactly yet. And then a minute later when I had to find the section myself the guy on the loudspeaker announced they are closing and to make your final selection which is what I was doing. So I had picked what I needed and was going to the front and she literally stalked me the entire time and I told her she was being extremely rude, there was like 5 other people in the store making their final selections and not once did she go up to them harass them or stalk them. This one guy had an entire cart full and I had one thing I was out of the store before him. I didn’t even get to pick the right size because she was like breathing down my neck so now I have to come back and exchange it for the right size !!!!! Do better target. I come here very often and this treatment is...

I usually don’t shop at this particular target a Mission Viejo South. The customer service was nonexistent. It’s like no one even works in the store! I always do drive up to pick up my orders in Rancho, Santa, Margarita, and the customer service is superior and they are always very very quick, even though they are extremely busy at that store. I pull up to the store and I’m the only one there in parking space number one and 20 minutes and no one has come out. I tried to call the store numerous times no one answered in any department, including customer service. I even tried electronics and food and beverage. No one answered in over 30+ rings in each department with no voicemail. The store is horrible don’t ever come here! I had to get out of my car and walk into the store and actually find an employee which took a few minutes. (At Target!!) And now I’m still waiting inside the store for another 10 minutes. My order has been ready at the store since yesterday and here I am 30 minutes later standing in the store waiting. Never again at...
